Heavy duty shelf, also known as beam shelf or space shelf, belongs to pallet shelf. It is the most common shelf form in various domestic storage shelf systems. Full assembly structure in the form of column + beam, simple and effective structure.

Design considerations:

1. Know the size of the pallet, and then determine the length and depth of the shelf according to the size of the pallet.

2. Know the height of the pallets and the height of the warehouse, so as to determine the height of the shelves and the number of layers of the shelves.

3, know the weight of the goods, and then choose the appropriate materials according to the load.

4. Refer to forklift parameters and other factors for comprehensive consideration, and finally determine the shelf specifications and load.

Notes for Use of Shelves:

1. The use of heavy shelves should prevent top-heavy, and the principle of putting light goods at the top and heavy goods at the bottom should be achieved.

2. Overloading should be prevented, and the stacked weight of each layer should not exceed the maximum carrying capacity of the shelves.

3. Anti-collision. In the process of operation, the forklift should be handled as gently as possible to prevent impact on the shelves.

4. When there are goods above the shelf, the operator should not directly enter the bottom of the shelf.5. Prevent the use of non-standard card plates and pallets on the shelves.
