release time: 2022-06-24Click volume: 129
The shuttle rack is a high-density automatic storage system composed of three-dimensional racks, shuttles and forklifts. Shuttle car racks are divided into shuttle or quarterly, four-way shuttle car racks, stacker shuttle car racks and material box multi-layer shuttle car racks. Goods access can be stored in FIFO or FIFO mode. So what are the advantages of shuttle racks compared with ordinary beam-type pallet racks?
The beam-type pallet rack, commonly known as the beam-type rack or pallet rack, is a kind of storage heavy-duty rack, which is a customized rack with a storage space utilization rate of 95% and 100% selection. The obvious difference between shuttle racks and beam-type pallet racks is that pallet racks belong to non-intelligent warehouse racks, while shuttle racks belong to intelligent storage racks, with higher operating efficiency than pallet racks and dense storage capacity.
The second major difference is that the beam-type pallet racks have no requirements for the specifications of the goods, while the shuttle racks require uniform specifications and single types of goods to achieve intensive storage, while the beam-type pallet racks have lower cargo density. In terms of price, shuttle racks are also higher than beam-type pallet racks.
