First, the trays must be assembled according to the characteristics of the packaging and weight of the goods, determine the type, specification, single pallet load (usually within 2000kg) and stack height of the pallet, and determine the span, depth, and layer spacing of the unit shelf according to the data of the pallet. The final height of the shelf is determined according to the effective height of the warehouse and the maximum fork height of the forklift.
