1. Manage the quantity of goods

2. Storage management

3. Good maintenance

  The shelves must be filled with goods frequently, keep the shelves and goods tidy, and replenish them in time. Auxiliary tools such as shelf cards, flags, banners, and posters must be kept clean, accurate and complete at all times. Auxiliary tools must not block or cover products.

4. Personnel Management

  In addition to the management of the shelf itself, the personnel who use the shelf are also very critical. Only by operating in accordance with the prescribed process can the orderly operation of logistics and the flow of people be ensured.

5. Handling tool management

    Slightly large warehouse racking projects will operate with a variety of handling tools to improve access efficiency, so these handling tools are essentially an extension of manpower, so in addition to management personnel, it is also necessary to manage the handling tools and make rules and regulations.

In short, when we have implemented the warehouse shelf project, it does not mean that we can improve the efficiency of the warehouse and reduce the cost of the enterprise.
