What should we pay attention to when building a Chinese loft platform?

Although many shelves are now fully assembled, loft-style shelves are still different from other types. This kind of shelf must take into account the construction of the platform, and fully consider whether the weight and size of the goods meet the needs. For loft-style shelves, first build the storage shelves below, and then build the facilities on the loft platform. According to different load-bearing requirements, the thickness and materials used for the columns and beams will be different.

     Secondly, compared with the general shelf, the building with a loft platform is more complicated. This requires a professional engineer to build the structure first, draw the structure diagram, and confirm whether the plan needs to be modified after communicating with the customer. The structure diagram is designed after on-site measurement according to the size of the warehouse, so it is more reliable and more accurate. Basically, what the customer sees is like this.

　　 In the early stage, the columns and beams must be built first. This is the entire attic platform and the support of the shelves. It is not efficient but must be stable and strong. The uprights are made of heavy-duty square steel or round steel directly spliced together, and the beams also need to use heavy-duty square steel to ensure safer later use, which is very important.

　　Finally, the convenience of the staff must be fully taken into account when building. The loft platform cannot be set too short, otherwise the workers need to bend over to work, which will not only reduce efficiency, but also affect their health. Generally, the height should be kept at about 1.7 meters, and it is safer to reserve a relatively sufficient space. Therefore, the height of the warehouse should also be taken into consideration. If it is too short, do not set up too many attic platforms.
